朱鷺は古来から吉祥鳥と呼ばれ、着物の文様の種類として、吉祥文様という繁栄や、長寿を示す縁起の良い文様となります。
栃木県足利で 明治時代から100年以上続く島浪捺染により染色。
静岡県浜松市で織られたvintageのアロハシャツの肉感に近づけて作られたNIPOALOHAオリジナルのレーヨンエットを使用。
タックを深く取り、テーパードをかけたイージーパンツ。シルエットはすらっと細身に見えるが、タックを深く取っているため、ゆったりとした着心地。素材感もあいまり、気持ちの良さは抜群。

The Toki (Japanese crested ibis (Nipponia nippon) ) has been called a bird of good fortune since ancient times, and as a type of kimono pattern, it is an auspicious pattern that indicates prosperity and longevity.
TECHNIQUE:
This is hand-dyed by the artisans of Shimanami dyeing factory. The workshop has been around for over 100 years, from the Meiji Period.
NIPOALOHA’s original rayon replicates the vintage Hawaiian shirt woven in Shizuoka Hamamatsu, famous for weaving workshops.
Tapered pants with a slender silhouette. The wide tucks give looseness, and the soft texture provides comfiness.
