◆ Before purchase

If you register as a member, you can check your order history and memorize information necessary for purchase such as your address, so it will be easier to enter at the time of purchase.

◆ Product selection
On the product details page, select color / size / quantity and click the "Add to Cart" button.
It will be automatically deleted from the cart after a certain period of time has passed since it was added to the cart. Please note.

◆ Login
If you are a member, please log in when you place an order. Please enter your registered email address and password.
If you are already logged in, you can skip this screen and proceed to the next screen.

◆ Payment of product price and price
Please pay the total price (tax included), consumption tax and shipping fee displayed on each item. We accept credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal as payment methods.
All prices on this site include consumption tax.

Flat rate of 1,100 yen (tax included)
* Okinawa costs an additional 770 yen.

・ Overseas shipping
The shipping fee is as follows.
~ 2kg: 6,600 yen (tax included)
~ 3kg: 8,800 yen (tax included)

◆ Credit card
There are four types of cards that can be used: "VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB".
The purchase price will be deducted on the settlement date of your card company. Your credit card will be charged at the shipping stage of the ordered item.
There is no charge for payment by credit card.

◆ About product delivery
Ordered items will usually be shipped within 2-3 business days, but it may take up to 2 weeks during out-of-stock or busy seasons.
We will deliver the products in order from the ready products.
Separate customs duties may be incurred for each country when shipping overseas.
If the address information is incorrect, we will cancel it, so please be careful when entering the address when ordering.

◆ Handling when customers are absent
If you are absent, you will receive an out-of-office notification from the delivery company. Please adjust the desired delivery date during the redelivery period and receive the item.
If you do not contact the contact information provided in the out-of-office notification, or if your address is incorrect, the product will be automatically returned to us. The returned product will be processed at our discretion.

◆ About exchange and returns
Under no circumstances can you cancel your order. In addition, we cannot accept any returns for your convenience.
Please note that refunds will not be accepted if the item is returned without contact, or if the item is returned or canceled due to refusal of receipt.
If a product different from your order arrives, or if the delivered product is found to be defective, we will exchange or refund the product.
Please let us know your order number and details within 7 days of the arrival of the item. In this case, we will bear the shipping cost.

The exchange rate will be applied to customers who make payments from outside Japan or who are using cards issued overseas.
